will host the
SEVENTH Annual "It's Chili in Quartzsite Chili CookOff" & State Salsa Championship
at the Tyson Wells show grounds

DATE/TIME: FEB.27,2006 ** 8:00AM.  Tasting/Judging  begins at 12:00PM

LOCATION: Tyson Wells show grounds,   Kuehn Blvd,  Quartzsite Arizona

TEAM RULES: CHILI COOK OFF IS OPEN TO ALL
Persons meeting gender, registration fee, and deadline requirments. Teams or Individuals do not have to belong to CASI to enter.We will be using CASI rules. You may join CASI to compete for Regional and National cookoffs.
TEAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SET UP, TEAR DOWN AND REMOVAL OF ALL
BOOTH ITEMS AT END OF EVENT. TEAMS CAN BEGIN SET UP AT 7:00AM.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: BRING WHAT YOU OR YOUR TEAM NEEDS TO SET UP YOUR BOOTH, AND PRODUCE YOUR FAVORITE CHILI RECIPIE.

CUPS, SPOONS, AND NAPKINS FOR SAMPLING WILL BE PROVIDED.

AWARDS: TROPHIES WILL BE PRESENTED FOR TOP TEN IN CHILI COOKOFF AND TOP THREE IN SHOWMANSHIP
